Austin Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I bought a set of tires from Austin Ford 2 or 3 years ago which came with free tire rotations. I made an appointment for a rotation, and told them I bought the tires with them. And expecting a 15 minute job was disappointed to be waiting for over an hour. The WORST part; whether a misunderstanding or lack of knowledge about the tire plan, THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $30.OO for a FREE rotation, and spent an HOUR doing an inspection I DIDN'T ASK FOR.

They were very responsive to my calls and texts When we arrived after a 2 1/2 hour drive they had the vehicle washed and ready for us to try out. The process time to purchase was the fastest we have ever been through Thanks AJ. For all your help and the rest of the team members. Your office girl is very sweet and offered us water and snacks right away

Thanks to angie at front desk I decided to go back and give them another shot. I walked in and Angie talked to me like a real person made up my mind to give them another try. Helped me find the right person to talk to. Got to a AJ the salesman. I was for the most part happy with him except at the final part of making deal I said I would do the deal if I got a second key. He agreed but when it came time to do paperwork I was told I have to pay for second key. Then I had a couple offers but only got offered one and no discussion on the second option. So as long as u don't care about ur options it great but if u want options be aware of the sales team. But Angie made it a very comfortable experience and was excellent so I do thank her for getting me in the door and helping me and recommending them to me to purchase my vehicle
