Olivia did not honor advertisement for 2025 Grand

Olivia did not honor advertisement for 2025 Grand Cherokee Limited, instead she consistently tried to lease the Laredo in place of the Limited. I spoke with the manager at the Warren location, but he did not acknowledge the issue.
