I called to inquire about a vehicle they have for sale on October 23, 2025. The salesman, Gary Ferris, was rude and sharp with me from the very second he got on the phone. He didn't want me to ask if the vehicle runs well, if they inspected it, etc. All he kept saying was that he has 20 other people interested in the car. If they treat you this way before they get your money, think of how it would be after they have robbed you! Please keep in mind the aforementioned, Gary Ferris was rude from the very second I asked him one question about the car, and I asked very humble! I'm certain that his attitude is supported by the owners of Fox Hill Chrysler Jeep!

Service staff has inappropriate workplace discussions in front of customers. When I confronted them about this I was told “get the xxxx out of here and never come back”. I wrote the owner of the dealership but have not had a response.

I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from them going back to the mid 1990’s. Always a pleasant experience and honest. Never gotten a bad deal or bad car in at least 7 transactions. Just purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee a few weeks ago. Very pleased!!
