I've had many visits to the service department at this dealer (Milosch & now Serra) the years. The trips were for either maintenance or repairs. This trip (new radio installation) was one of the best that I ever experienced. EVERYONE, and expecially my Service Adviser, Tyler Grant, were wonderful. Tyler was very kind and empathatic to me and my issues. I think that all of the employees working here are truly committed to their jobs and truly aim to please customers. BEST experience at the dealer, EVER! Thanks to ALL

After dropping my car off on Thursday night, my car was not looked at until Wednesday AFTER I called to check on its status and then wasn’t ready until Thursday. The lack of attention to the customer (myself) was not acceptable.
