I have bought two vehicles from these guys in the last 10
I have bought two vehicles from these guys in the last 10 years. I brought my Jeep in for brakes. They charged me $1500 for the brakes and never told me the frame was cracked. They also had a laundry list of other things they wanted to replace, but I didn’t have the money at the time. After I went to the tire store to get tires and the tire store refused to put tires on the car because of the correct frame and showed me how bad it was. I called the dealership to ask them why they would put $1500 worth of brakes on my car and not tell me the frame was cracked because it was very visible from where the brakes were and they asked me to send pictures. At the time, they said they’d see what they could do for me. After I sent the pictures I heard nothing! They totally blew me off. Thank God I didn’t have enough money to put the wheel bearings and other things they told me I needed on. I’m very disappointed in this dealership since they were bought out by betting Baker because they used to be very good. I would not recommend them anymore!
