Service department is a joke
Brought 2015 dodge 5500 ram with 60 k miles on it , in for recall. Said they didn’t have parts( should you schedule a recall without parts?) kept truck about 2 months and finally got parts and told us truck was ready. Sent 2 people to pick up truck , would not even accelerate enough to get out of driveway. One of the Goode brothers called and apologized and said he would deliver truck next day. (He did and truck ran great for about 100 miles . Many codes so, scheduled a service. Went to use truck before bringing in for service and again, accelerator did nothing. Called service department to find out what they did last time so, I wouldn’t have to tow there. No answers even though the exact same thing happened in their driveway last time they had it. Tried to call one of the Goode bro’s after having no luck in service and of course secretary said none of them were availabwle(4 of them there and none available) Sean Goode called me back and said don’t bring your truck here cause you were rude to the secretary. Didn’t care that the $60,000 dollar truck wasn’t fixed right when they had it over 2 months. Go to another dealer, this ones a joke.
