Crooks
This was a few years ago. I had a 2005 Dakota and went there twice. First time was because I couldn't get a gas nozzle to to pour gas at normal rate. Was told I needed to buy a new gas tank plus. $1200.00 The problem worked itself out. Second time was for a front wheel bearing they could replace for $600.00 NAPA had the part for $40.00 I did it myself. This is what happens when Techs get paid Flat Rate and Service Writers get paid by Commission

Employees were a dream to work with from sales to finance. Attentive, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable. Hands down the most pleasant experience I have ever had leasing a car. The dealership is lucky to have such wonderful employees. I look forward to a very long relationship with this business.
