You have been warned. How is this place in business? And how are these people not in jail? Any positive review of this dealership is likely fake or old. I was bounced around to nearly every person in this dealership and see maybe two names I recognize in the positive reviews. My full review exceeded the character limit. Here is the short version - know that sales person James, sales manager Josh, service manager Amanda, and finance manager Gulam have no problem lying to your face about anything to sell you a car, make as much as they can off of you, and get you out of their dealership. I did end up working with sales reps Jeff Andrade and Lindsay Iaccabo who were honest, wonderful people that helped me survive this absolute disaster. Not just the worst car purchase experience ever, easily the worst financial transaction I’ve ever had with any business. Post-Sales Service Absolutely Horrible

I bought my jeep here back in 2015. The sales guy was great, my jeep was great. Post sale service is terrible. This last time was the straw that broke the camels back for me. Jeep needed work at 56k. Went online to book appointment. Hours say they are open at 7:30, the site let me book my appt at 7:30. I showed up and waited till 8 and was told they dont open till 8am and that the website should not have let me schedule that early. Okaaay, so I waited! No biggie. Two weeks go by with no updates unless I called each day. Two Weeks!! Most days went with no call back even after leaving a message. Each time I did talk to someone, I was told that a warranty inspector came out but wanted additional breakdown of my engine. According to the service department, the inspector was out there twice. After talking with the warranty company I find out the inspector went out once and that they were waiting for the engine to be broken down. Thats when I found out that my jeep had not been touched...in two weeks!!! Instead of getting a sorry for lying, I get some song and dance about low staff due to covid19. Although I am sensitive to whats going on in the world, that was a BS excuse. I made the decision to pull my jeep just on the grounds that I was lied to for two weeks. Called the owner of the dealership and left a calm professional message because I wanted to lodge a complaint. No call back whatsoever. So there you have it....its obvious it starts at the top.I have since brought my jeep to Bald Hill Dodge in Warwick, RI. My Jeep was fixed within a week AND I received regular updates without me having to ask or call. Unless the service department goes through some serious customer service training, Do yourself a favor and stay away. You may think to yourself, well this is one review and yes your right. But I encourage to look on the internet for other reviews of this place and you will see customer service in the service department is in the toilet.

Bought a used car, got the payment I wanted, made me feel like family. The car needed a couple repairs and I couldn't be happier with the service I received all around. Mike in service is awesome and Lou in sales was top notch.
