Clayton was awesome. McGovern seems to have a lot of connections in their network, so they were able to track down and obtain a vehicle with all the features I wanted. Although some salespeople use high pressure or underhanded sales tactics, both Clayton and Kostas were friendly, respectful, listened, and ensured the outcome was exactly what I wanted. I almost didn’t stay, because when I arrived, the overall vibe and music playing felt a bit like a frat house (loud rap music that is not typical in a retail environment). Only one employee used pressure as a sales tactic to push for an extended warranty despite me saying I didn’t want it several times, which I didn’t appreciate, but thankfully I was able to cancel it a few days later. I’m very happy with my purchase, and Clayton gave me a demo of the new car, which made it even more exciting to take home. Thank you!

Since purchasing my JEEP in 2024 I have been having my maintence and routine service completed at this dealership. Although they are currently under staffed, they are doing a great job with their customer care, transparency and support. They even offered me a complimentary uber ride after dropping off my vehicle when I needed to have a part replaced under warranty and a recall addressed. Because of the great customer service from the service advisor I worked with, Kenny, I’ll be remaining a loyal customer while I maintain ownership of this vehicle. I would have given them a five but I had a terrible time trying to get on the phone with an advisor before booking my appointment online.
