Quirk Chrysler Jeep

Terrible service. Bought my Jeep from here about one year ago. Came in to get it serviced and recieved horrible service. I had my appointment at 1:00PM and upon arrival (despite The fact I spoke to them on the phone 1 hour prior about my appointment), they told me I would wait several hours. I came back after being called my vehicle was ready and the office was closed. Everyone in the front office refused to help me. This left me stranded in Dorchester with a dead cell phone and no vehicle. No one in the office offered any solution to helping me get home nor getting in touch with the service team. Ashamed I even bought my Jeep from this terrible institution.

Funny how Quirk only puts their 5 star reviews on their site. This place is awful, they don’t care about customer service and pray on uneducated buyers. Reached out for a couple quotes on some vehicles, they were the highest by far. Was texting back and forth with Jacob about one vehicle in particular and he just stopped responding. Called back and spoke to a manager about the experience and he could have cared less. Went to the dealership twice to try to test drive and you practically had to beg someone to help you out. There are a lot better options then quirk, DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!

Very bad customer service. Horrible sales approach and unclear about prices. And definitely take long to give you the money back. Never doing business with this place.
