BUYERS BEWARE!
BUYERS BEWARE!! These people are crooks and dishonest!! We bought a 2023 Ram from Navarre Chrysler, Jeep Dodge, Ram. It was sold to us as having no accidents which was not true. We drove over 7 hours to buy this truck because it was supposedly "Like new". Once we drove the truck home we and was washing it we noticed damage to the roof of the truck. The antenna was smashed into the roof causing a dent and scratches all along the sunroof. This was not new damage as there was rust where the dent had creased the metal and caused the paint to chip. My husband and I have called the sales rep and the sales manager numerous times, and sent them pictures of the damage. We were told someone would call us back. It has been 2 months now and NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED US! We paid top dollar ($56,000) for a truck we thought and were told had never been in an accident!!
