The guy that checked me in when I arrived was very pleasant and polite! The oil change was fine, but they forgot to check the rest of the fluids on the engine. I did not have any coolant or d-icer. I didn’t have any heat and that is how we discovered that the coolant was very low. I am completely out of oil change packages and I will be going somewhere else for my next oil change. All I ask is for someone to do their job correctly and that didn’t happen.
