They set up an appointment with me for 8:30am. I got there a few minutes early. They said the sales person I was meeting with was in a meeting and would be with me shortly. After 40 min of waiting I left. And 25 min after that they called asking where I was. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Laith was initially very warm and friendly, and upon calling me back to confirm in-stock inventory suddenly became condescending, and would not answer basic questions about vehicles or the dealership's inspection process without asking the question multiple times, and clearly not wanting to answer. The more I asked questions than intelligent car shoppers ask, the more rude, defensive and condescending he became. He finally said "I'm going to let you go" and proceeded to hang up on me. When I calmly asked him who I could speak to for the information I needed, he said "there"s no one else to talk to." Deery management: if you want this kind of sales rep to represent your company, you won't have a company eventually. This is a community based-business that requires people be treated with basic respect. I am appalled by Laith's unprofessionalism and inability to navigate his sales duties for the benefit of the dealership. The irony is that likely I would have been able to meet the dealer's ask with negotiation. As it stands, I will not be shopping as Deery at any point. and will let people know of my experience so they are aware of what to expect. If Laith is not representative of the rest of the company, that is something the company should address in order to project the image it wishes to its customers and the community it depends on.

Also will try to get you to pay for some "theft protection" garbage sticker they put in the window to the tune of about $400. Get an out the door price before you even bother looking at a vehicle. Very deceptive pricing practices. Sales guy was decent enough - the clowns up in the ivory tower were stereotypical slime. Acted like they were doing me a favor selling me a car for way more than what they listed it for. Get out the door price before looking at a vehicle and go from there.
