Bad Bussiness Dealership
I spoke to Aaron a used car salesman looking for second car for the family. He told me the vehicle price was 20k online price and they could not come down a dime yet rims were sent out for repairs of scuffs on them from damage. I called sales manager made an offer and he had Aaron call me back and said the price wouldnt change they price vehicles fair and couldnt budge off 20k. I was looking at comparable vehicles on cars.com and the same car comes up for 19,848. So now not only will i take my business elsewhere i will never buy a new truck from this dealership either which i buy one every three years.
Dealer Response
We are sorry that we could not sell the car at the price you had offered. This car is actually not even on our lot yet. It is still going through the reconditioning process. Sometimes prices can change based on what the vehicle needs to go on the lot. For instance, it being sent out to have the wheels redone for the scratches on them. We apologize that we could not accept your offer. We price all of our used vehicles according to fair market values from several resources. I am looking at your purchase worksheet and we wrote the sale at $19,848. It is my understanding that your offer on the vehicle was $18,000. Again, sorry we could not accept your offer on the vehicle.

This is a follow up on the 4-29-22 review of my
This is a follow up on the 4-29-22 review of my experience with the body shop. AS you can see there were several issues but to be fair an update is necessary to get the full picture! 1. One of the things I didn't include in the first review was that my truck given to me-as finished-DIRTY! I spent 2 hours cleaning all of the body shop dust from the interior before I used it. 2. Another issue I encountered was lifting of the hood in strong winds or when a semi would pass. It was very disturbing. So I opened the hood to look for adjustments to properly tighten the hood down. The hood latch was not properly installed or adjusted! I reinstalled & properly adjusted the latch that was put on crooked so now it latches properly and does not allow such lift. 3. On June 15th, less than 3 months since they completed the truck, the expensive bug deflector on the front edge of the hood ($153 to replace plus labor) blew off the truck & is now somewhere in Wyoming! For 4 years and over 400,000 miles the initial installation held strong, but the installation done by Wabash Valley Chrysler, after repainting the hood, couldn't even last 3 months!! I contacted Brandon Cole, my contact at the dealership, and arranged to stop in so they could clean the remaining adhesive off the hood and I explained I wanted to talk with the General Manager, Greg Thompson. I arrived and Brandon took care of getting the hood cleaned but Greg was no where to be found. I reviewed the complete experience with Brandon and explained that I believed something needed to be done to make these things right. He texted Greg and got a response that Greg was not interested in taking any responsibility whatsoever. Not even for the bug deflector!!! Now, in my opinion, when I'm going to make a major purchase, like a new car, or servicing or fixing one, the attitude of the management of that business would be important to me. For example, my son, had an oil change done to his work van. Shortly after, the van quit on the side of the road and had to be towed. What was found was the air cleaner had been removed and not put back allowing a large item to get sucked in and destroy the mass air flow sensor. He contacted the business that changed his oil, they researched it and found they did not put the air filter back in and took full responsibility for the bills of the damage. THAT IS THE KIND OF BUSINESS I WOULD WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH!

Great buying experience start to finish!
Traded in my Ram 1500 for a 2500. I drove 2.5 hours to the dealer, Aaron represented the truck honestly, got me a fair price for my trade-in and completed the whole deal with integrity! The truck wasn’t ready for me to take home so it was delivered to me the next week, as a bonus he had 2 small dings repaired prior to delivery! Will definitely return for my next vehicle!!!!
