Absolute worst experience ever!
Absolute worst experience ever! We purchased a Jeep from this dealership and experienced the very well-known corrosion problem. We were put-off by their "Jeep Warranty Guy" for so long that Stalantis will no longer cover it (outside of Warranty by 2 months when finally got an answer back). We gave the dealership a second shot and purchased a $100,000+ truck from them. The battery on the truck has gone dead multiple times overnight. Keep in mind that truck is brand new. I tried to make an appointment at their service department and was told that they needed to plug the truck in to check to see if there is a software update. I was asked if the truck was a gas or a diesel. I told them that the truck was a diesel and they said they can't schedule the truck for over a week to see if there is a software update. I asked if it were a gas truck, what would be the time frame. I was told that a gas truck could be seen immediately. I then asked if there's a difference from checking software on a gas versus diesel. I was told there is not, however their diesel mechanic is out. Apparently the normal gas vehicle technician at this dealership has zero ability to plug in their device to determine if there is a software update to prevent my brand new trucks battery from depleting overnight . This dealership also has no service loaners, so don't expect anything to drive while your vehicle is getting serviced. For being a family-owned business, this is very very poor customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The customer service has definitely went down in the service department. Instead of servicing my vehicle with their skills, they used their ignorance and incompetence which I addressed. A bit of confusion was met, but once FINALLY cleared up with the help of manager, I was told that they could understand the frustration and we were now ‘good to proceed’ even for future business. All of that ‘kumbaya’ was out of the window and I was no longer allowed to be serviced at the facility, even for the work already done by them and under warranty when I informed them of that, yet again, the services that they provided were still NOT working correctly. That my issue was not fixed. The more I complained about the issue as they said it was corrected and I showed them camera footage that it was not, they became VERY DISPLEASED and CONDESCENDING which led me to threaten legal action, then they REALLY got under…They seemed to have allowed their service manager, whom I had pursued legal action against his previous employer under his supervision, get into their head due to a statement J. Freeman made, and also forgot that I am a customer, NOT an employee. The fact that I was right from the beginning, and they were just adamant on me being wrong, with the evidence showing/backing me up from a different facility what was needed to get done. I’m still waiting since April.
