If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an appointment 2 weeks out drop my Jeep just to have a service light checked, leave my Jeep to be looked at 8am, at 12:30 no word so texted the number to find out the status…no response, so I call 30-45 min he says the guys are at lunch and just pulled it in. 2 hours later call again because I had to find a ride home. And this time I get oh looks like it hasn’t been pulled in or looked at yet. xxx my “appointment “ was at 8 am and it hasn’t been looked at. Complete joke of a service department, told them I was picking my car up and all they could say was sorry bout that. Bro just lost a customer and you can bet everyone I know or brings up Dellen will know how they treat they’re customers.

Everyone was very polite and nice but I bought a 2021 dodge ram from them and it has already been in the shop 4 times! It’s ridiculous, I have not even had the truck a month!
