We bought our first vehicle from Fletcher in 2007. We just purchased our fifth from them and the experience was just as good as the first four. I have had bad luck in working with dealerships. Fletcher was amazing--they offered to buy me out from the bad deal I'd gotten myself into, and got me into a much better vehicle. Dick Giles was no pressure; which is not always my experience at dealerships. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way I was treated.
