We bought our first vehicle from Fletcher in 2007. We just purchased our fifth from them and the experience was just as good as the first four. They are easy to work with, low pressure and have always given me the best price of any dealership in the Indianapolis area. Thanks Brad Joiner! Love the Grand Cherokee!!

I have had bad luck in working with dealerships. Fletcher was amazing--they offered to buy me out from the bad deal I'd gotten myself into, and got me into a much better vehicle. Dick Giles was no pressure; which is not always my experience at dealerships. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way I was treated.

I brought my old Jeep in for service and the service department was so good in explaining the issues and potential costs with keeping that vehicle on the road that I decided to purchase a new one. Their knowledge, engagement and exceptional service is the best I have ever experienced.
