Great experience, happy Jeep owner, would rec!
Reached out to the dealer to discuss our interest in a new jeep. Having never owned a Jeep previously, I discussed how our vehicle would be used and was guided towards the purchase of a Jeep Wrangler Sport S. After further researching this vehicle, comparing pricing and options with other dealers, we decided to go with Trinity. Don’t waste your time with this place
2017 Jeep Wrangler jku. Had check engine light on and automatic transmission wouldn’t shift. They diagnosed it as a tipm issue, they stated we can’t find one to fix your jeep. So I picked my jeep up. So I started calling around, found one in Springfield at landmark dodge jeep in stock. I called trinity and told them I found one literally 30 min away from Taylorville at landmark. I heard “well our parts person said there wasn’t any locally”. Really!! one day later I found one plus I found another one in Mattoon and landmark is fixing my jeep tomorrow. I wouldn’t waste your time with this place. Considering they also had my jeep for 2 1/2 weeks.
