Bad Follow Through

Reviewed by Troy Wendling from Caledonia, ILDecember 24, 2020

Bought a new truck and wanted the dealership to get the wiring harness off my old truck for my plow. They agreed to install a new bracket for the plow which is great. Well, they sold my old truck the same day. Problem is the guy who bought my old truck won't answer calls from dealership and the wiring harness is still on the old truck. Now the dealership and Dennis Braun is telling me that I am on my own. Well that is not how to do business. You gave your word and now since the vehicle is sold it's not your problem, well it is and will be for a long time. I will steer people away from Kunes Country from this point on and will tell them about my experience.
