I've been taking my cars to Auffenberg VW for years and
I've been taking my cars to Auffenberg VW for years and have always been very pleased with Larry Haines and the other guys in the service department. I recently traded my Jetta in for a Taos and worked with Jay Rieger. He was great!! Very patient with me wanting to compare vehicles by test driving each one numerous times! He explained every feature and I never felt like he was trying to rush me to make a decision. Once I decided on a vehicle, he and the finance manager stayed late in order for all paperwork to be completed. Jay made sure everything was set up before I drove off the lot!

I bought my 2006 VW Jetta in September, 2005, Always took it to Auffenberg for servicing and any problems. I now have a preowned 2022 Jetta and will continue to go to Auffenberg for servicing ..... because they are reliable and always keep my Jetta road ready for my travels.
