My 2014 journey needed a new alternator. They charged me $879.00 dollars for it. The most expensive one i found was 580.18 for a new oem replacement or 345.86 for a remanufactured one. labor was reasonable at 300(two hours worth of work). Total price was 1306.47 I feel totally ripped off.

One sales agent emailed me and shared photos of a different car. I called back when they were supposed to be in and they were not. The agent there transferred me to 3 other people who had not idea what car I had been contacted about. I got an email back saying the car had already been sold at auction. Then another agent contacted me. Then the original agent emailed back and said the car was still available. Still waiting to connect back...

Didn’t buy my car there, so I don’t know about their sales department. But their service has really gone down hill since James took over for Finzel. I asked them to check my tires for air pressure when I had an oil change in early winter, and the first cold day we had the tire pressure light came on telling me to inflate my tires. Being a woman alone I rely on them to take care of my car. When they finally rotated my tires it was so noisy I could hardly drive it. After going to another service center, I found out it was out of align and the tires had worn funny. I got it aligned but its still noisy. So disappointed. Sorry to say I won’t be going back.
