Top Notch Service
Doug Adams is the best service department customer relations guy there! Always on top of my cars history and gets me in on short notice. He explains everything crystal clear and to the point. Best service experience every time and with a newly renovated waiting room to boot.

#1 in Customer Service
After visiting other DCJR dealerships in the area I was a little put off by the lack of customer service. I then visited Gurnee DCJR and was pleasantly very surprised. I had a specific vehicle I was looking for and from Alonzo (salesperson) to Nicholas (Finance Manager) it was apparent that customer service meant everything here. The overall experience was pleasant and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
