My son bought a vehicle from them a couple of years
My son bought a vehicle from them a couple of years ago. He sold it this year in August and has been trying to get the money back for the GAP insurance. After never hearing back from the dealer to cancel the GAP coverage, we contacted the GAP company directly to get the coverage cancelled. The insurance company cancelled the policy and sent the money to the dealership. We called the GAP company again and they confirmed that the money had been paid out. It's been over a month and we have called several times and every time we call we get transferred to voice mail, and NEVER a callback. The one time we did get in contact with someone at the dealership, we were told that they would look into it, and then promptly proceeded to ignore all further emails and calls from us. Update: 4 weeks after writing this review,we got hold of the amanger and asked where the GAP refund was, which we were told a check had been made and sent out to us (which we never received). He asked us to take down this review, which we replied we would when we had the refund. He told us that he would cancel the original check and send out a new one and confirmed our address. It has been 3 weeks since that interaction and we still have yet to receive the check in the mail. I contacted the manager today (12/23/25). And was told that the finance personnel were gone for the holiday. All I get are excuses every time. Do not trust this dealership.

Was told the truck i was going to look at had 1.9 financing only to find out it didn't also told truck was new but it was used as dealer took all the rebates so warranty started when they did this also Carfax said they had to put new battery in it from sitting so long
