If you want more problems then you had before
Took our 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 truck to be fixed. They said there was a recall on the fuel system. They called and said they fixed it. We went to drive it out of the parking lot. It has a bad hesitation/dead petal. Took a second for it to move. we didn't make it to the next exit on 75 and the check engine light came on. We called took it back. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. it was running normally. Picked it up the second time. Same thing Bad hesitation/dead petal. This time it would barely back up. Didn't make it 15 minutes down the road and the check engine light came on again. Called them again. Said that our truck is still not running right. Still has a dead petal, Check engine light is on again. When you start it up it says perform service. The lights for the 2 & 4 wheel drive are not on. The 4 wheel drive does not work. Took it back down there for them to fix what they have done to the truck. they had it for almost two months. Picked it up yesterday. The dash is torn apart, laying in the passenger floor broad. Its still not right. Same hesitation/dead petal and perform service notation. Called to ask why the dash was torn apart. They said they didn't do that. Well it xxxx sure didn't get dropped off that way. Someone must have done it while it was in your possession. Are you not responsible for what happens to you when its on your lot ? Their responds was "yes but we didn't do it." Our truck is still not fixed. It been down there 3 times. Has come back worst every time. They can't fix xxxx, but they can screw it up. If you want to have more problems with your vehicle then you did before take it to them. They can cost you lots of money and more problems with your vehicle then you can afford. They don't even deserve a half a star rating. I give them NO Stars.

Unprofessional Staff
By far the worst experience we have had with a dealership and their maintenance department/customer service. Our vehicle was under warranty and waiting 9 months without any success. Once we made the decision to handle this ourselves, they wanted to charge us for the initial inspection of the transmission that is covered warranty. The Maintenance Manager was unprofessional and rude.

Rip off service department
This is my 2nd time bringing my Jeep here because my battery stop working. This would be my 2nd battery replacement however the battery still had a warranty on it they refuse to honor it and told me it would cost over three hundred dollars. Even spoke to someone in charge and he told us we would have to contact the company of the battery as nothing they could do. Gave them all my business. Every car I purchased I purchased from them and even recommended my friends and family. This is how they treat a loyal customer. Never again will I buy anything from them.
