The salesperson was pleasant and helpful; however, reaching a true bottom-line price was consistent with the challenging reputation often associated with car dealerships. Even after we agreed on a purchase price and payment I was willing to accept, I encountered a significant increase during the F&I process. After agreeing to revised terms with the sales manager, the deal was adjusted again. At that point, due to time constraints and a 3:00 appointment, I chose to proceed rather than walk away—so the final decision ultimately rests with me. I understand that your approach is to maximize every deal for every dollar. That said, I am familiar with other dealerships that operate differently, though admittedly none are RAM dealers. I typically purchase a new vehicle every two years, and while this experience was not a deal-breaker, my next purchase will involve shopping Hayes alongside other dealerships rather than treating it as a preferred option.

The purchase process was quick and easy. I enjoyed working with Cameron (Big Mac) McDonald on the sales process and Griffin Huntsinger through the financing process. I have known about this dealership for years but wasn't in the market for a vehicle and had limited experience with Dodge. After a family member bought here this year, and I found myself needing a vehicle, I trusted Hayes in my search for a new vehicle, and it paid off in a satisfactory experience.
