We wanted to thank Shayne for being so kind and wonderful to us 11-29-25. He was amazing and took such great care of us. He helped us buy the beautiful SUV. His attention to details and making sure our car was ready for us and our gas tank filled and everything taken care of for us. Thank you so much Shayne We also wanted to thank the sales managers at Troncalli for getting us the price we could afford. Thank you guys so much, I apologize I can’t remember their names. We would also like to thank Brett the Business manager for getting us the rate and coverage we needed for financing. He worked his magic for us. Thank you Brett The entire team from the kind lady they greeted us when we came in was so wonderful and we can’t thank everyone enough. You all are such a blessing. We have been shopping at another dealership since 1988 and bought many cars but we have never been treated so kind as we have at Troncalli. We now have a new family Dealership. Great experience. Quick and easy - found a car I liked on their website, called to see if it was available and went in for a test drive. never pressured into buying and answered all my questions. Would recommend if looking for a new or used car.
