While the service advisors are great to work with, the actual work being done on the cars is unacceptable. I have brought my car in for service five times this year. In January, I spent nearly a ton on repairs. Two weeks later, the check engine light came back on, requiring another visit. After that visit, I discovered my windshield wipers no longer worked due to an issue that was caused during servicing. Two weeks before Thanksgiving, the check engine light came on again. I was sent a video inspection stating that the car was fine, but I was then told there was a leak that needed repair. I spent to fix the issue. One week later, the check engine light came back on once again. After that repair, I noticed a new noise when braking that had never occurred before. I have owned this car for 10 years and am very familiar with how it normally sounds and operates. This noise did not exist prior to the most recent service. I brought the vehicle back in and spoke with a manager, who had the technician inspect it. I was told the noise was “normal” and attributed to my large tires. I do not agree with this explanation, as the noise only began after the recent repair. Additionally, during this visit, my gas tank cover was damaged and can no longer be locked. While the service advisors have been professional and helpful, the quality of the repair work has been consistently poor. Given the repeated issues, unresolved problems, and new damage occurring after service, I feel my concerns have not been taken seriously.
