DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They are complete scammers and insanely rude. Sold a car and withheld pertinent vehicle history information fraudulently then continued to deny knowledge of their wrongs. Insisting that they were never asked about the vehicle history for the vehicle purchased and "they did nothing wrong or illegal." Their manager Erik was so rude and careless. Had zero desire to help that he only finally got on the phone with me (just to continue being rude) after being requested to do so repeatedly. WORST SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH A DEALERSHIP!!

This dealership knowingly sold us a used SUV without disclosing that it had been in four accidents. We only discovered this shocking information when we tried to trade the vehicle in, long after the sale was complete. By then, the damage, financial and otherwise was already done. Failing to disclose an accident history this severe is not a small mistake. It is a blatant lack of integrity. A vehicle with four accidents is significantly devalued and raises serious concerns about safety and long-term reliability. The fact that this information was never shared tells us exactly how this dealership operates: say as little as possible, take the money, and let the customer suffer the consequences. We were effectively stuck with a vehicle we never would have agreed to buy had we been told the truth. That is not how honest businesses treat people; it’s how deceptive ones do. This experience has completely destroyed our trust. If you are considering buying from this dealership, do yourself a favor and walk away. Get everything in writing, run your own history report, or better yet, take your business somewhere that values honesty over a quick sale.
