Doug was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Outstanding salesman! He kept in good communication with us prior to our arrival and had the car ready for us to test drive. The entire process of purchasing the vehicle did not take long and was also quick! Doug even took 30 mins of his time afterward to go over in details all the new technology in the vehicle. Looking forward to coming back to get our car services completed at Ferman.
