Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Ft. Pierce

Was contacted by Yosleni after an online inquiry. I explained I had looked at the vehicle I initially inquired about and was no longer interested however did have interest in another but with the options I was looking for none were available in the state (this was at another dealer). I told after additional msg I do not like pushy sales people, she continued then said I never told her they had looked and that she guaranteed Arrigo could get it… doubt it. Considering I also searched online and none were available or in transit. She called me rude however she was extremely out of line and now I remember why I walked out of Arrigo the last time I purchased a Jeep. I can tell you one thing she GUARANTEED that they will NEVER get my business and she lost a 100k sell. Man I’ll tell you what if these were the employees representing my company they would not last long that is for sure!!

My son purchased a brand NEW Dodge Ram 3500 to start business and to support his family October 17, 2022 from Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ft Pierce. The truck broke down December 8, 2022 and still no repair. It is at Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Margate location because it broke down near there. Told the truck needs a new transmission and that it had been ordered. Had promises of it being fixed in two weeks. Then another promise: it'll be ready in 2 weeks. Those weeks came and went. Now another promise saying maybe the end of February. Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ft. Pierce won't swap it out. Telling me I can trade it in and lose $15,000 to $20,000 on the deal. A comparable loaner had not been provided. Chrysler Corporate have been contacted and a case manager assigned. Chrysler Corporate has not helped or provided a comparable truck that is needed to continue to work and will not swap out the truck or buy back the truck. There's loss of income and now a business. Credit score destroyed. The lemon law will take about 40 days or so. There is no honor in dealing with Arrigo Chrysler or Chrysler Corporate. It is sad that other people are in this same predicament.

Just a waste of time. Bait and switch we lie we don't try. They act as if it's still 2021. Asking more than new car price on a 3 year old used car. They have plenty of inventory, go figure.
