Massey Yardley Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM

Went to the dealership at Massey YARDLEY for a rattling issue, Jaylen, their service advisor at the time told me the part is on back order, been checking in ever since. 5 months later, called to find out Jaylen no longer works there. Come to find out, on their repair order, it says the part have been installed. Now that my extended warranty is now over. They do not want to fix the issue when I clearly have text messages from Jaylen. Never coming back to this dealership again, the service department do not hire honest people. They lost my service

I purchased my new jeep from Massey Yardley. The deal was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Jonathan as well as Michael who assisted him with the deal. My husband and I both have cars from this dealership and plan to continue purchasing cars with them. I have already recommended the dealership to numerous people. 10/10 experience.

We purchased a vehicle from Mervin and all was good until the dealership did not install a security system that I paid $999. I called the dealership and Mervin said they would refund my money since I live 3 hours away and did not want to drive back up there for that. Fast forward 2 weeks and the person that signs the check was not there. Now we are another 1 more week and I called and spoke to someone that didn’t care at all. I asked for them to send the check via fedex or ups and he flat out refused. NEVER AGAIN! It’s pretty obvious all they care about is the sale and nothing else. Spend your money elsewhere.
