The service and support was outstanding. I had an issue with a brand new tungsten and they gave me a truck and spent the time to fix it which my local dealer in Tallahassee did not do. I will drive the 100 miles to go to them for service

I drove over 300 miles to get to the Chiefland Ram dealer for repairs with my check engine light on. I was very impressed with service I recieved on two previous visits and Scott Warriner assured me he could get ant part needed and they could complete the repair. When I dropped the truck off I told Scott I needed to get back to Pensacola ASAP due to health issues of a family member. He called me later the day, explained the issue and told me he could get the part expedited for a small additional cost. The turbo actuator had failed, a major repair. I gave him the go ahead and he got with his diesel mechanic (unfortunately I did not get his name) and he jumped on the repair as soon as my part arrived the next morning. I was shocked when I got a call from Scott before noon the day after I dropped off the truck to tell me it was ready to go. I can’t thank him and his mechanic enough and I highly recommend the service department at this Ram dealership. In the future if I am anywhere within 300miles of the Chiefland, FL Ram dealership I will take. my truck to him.

My most recent experience purchasing a vehicle has to be one of the easiest purchases I’ve made to date. The staff was knowledge, courteous and fair. I love my new truck and will most definitely be back.
