Bravo
I purchased a 2018 Wrangler from Howard Danoff at this dealership. My purchase was from the opposite coast (California). Howard and the team here were OUTSTANDING! There we a couple of snafus with my bank and the process with my timing flying out from the W. Coast on a weekend. Everyone pulled together and worked through the obstacles that arose. It was with a bit of trepidation that I purchased a car remotely but the online postings and video provided helped and all was confirmed upon picking up the car.

Unhappy over refund
I bought a vehicle back in September and they owe me money. I have called 3 times and keep getting the run around from the finance dept. About how the send out checks only on a quarterly bases. Not a happy customer

Pick a different dealership!!
I bought my first Jeep from Bradshaw in Watertown. Unfortunately, they sold to shakers. It has been nothing, but nightmares since transitioning there. I am part of their “loyalty” program for oil changes, however when I was enrolled the person never stated that you had to come ever 5,000 miles. Typically Jeeps go in for oil changes every 6,000. The man stated that he would honor it this time, but I would have to come back at 15,000 miles if I wanted to continue. I got my oil change at 13600. It would be ridiculous to come back that soon. Additionally, it takes weeks to get in for service and then even if you have an appointment you have to wait well over a hour. Mind you between my parents and myself we’ve bought 5 jeeps and my dad bought his with cash. When my mom bought her jeep she got a life time warranty with it. Her start stop has not been working for well over a year and she has brought it back numerous times. They say it’s fixed and as soon as my mom leaves it still does not. My mom has had to call cooperate as the dealership will go weeks at a time without calling her. Another unfortunate is this dealership got rid of all the people that came over from Bradshaw as they probably had better morals and were way more friendly and cared about their customers.
