After initially giving Shoreline a 5 star review on google, I am updating my review to ZERO stars for the way I have been treated after my leasing deal! To summarize what happened: when I picked up my new lease I dropped off my 2022 lease that had two months remaining which was going to be picked up by Shoreline as per Mike the sales rep who dealt with me! After a week that I had dropped off my 2022 jeep, the leasing company charged me for another month as if I still had possession of that jeep! I contacted Mike and he swore that I would be reimbursed the 589$ that I was charged. I’ve been given the round for more than 2 weeks. I spoke to Mike who said he personally sent me 589 l$ in cash through UPS (who sends cash through UPS??) After number convos through text he then provided me with an invalid UPS tracking number! I also spoke to “Shawn” who claimed to be the manager of the dealership who promised he was going to supply me with a tracking number and never did, “Oleg” from the finance who handled all my leasing paperwork, and another person by the name is “Christos” who also promised to call me after he spoke to Mike! I contacted my current leasing company, Stellantis, and they informed to file a complain with the better business bureau & with the States Attorney General! Never again would I ever deal with Shoreline of Old Saybrook! The Jeep Company should be ashamed of your dealership for the way that you disrespect customers and give them the run around! Everyone that works in your dealership should be retrained on how to speak, treat and respect loyal JEEP customers! V . Maltese!
