Service manager Phil is very unprofessional
Terrible customer service. Service manger Phil does not return phone calls and does not know how to diagnose or repair a vehicle. Had more issues with my car after I brought it to them. They said my transmission needed replaced but to me it drove fine. I have a warranty so I I trusted their opinion. Ever since I drove it off the lot after they fixed it my alignment pulls to the right and there’s a rattling and grinding noice coming from front right tire. It didn’t do it when I brought it in. They won’t take responsibility for it. I would recommend milford jeep if you have any issues. They at least act like they care and Phil can care less and should be fired.
