Several vehicles stolen with no discount
Recently had several vehicles stolen from there lot. I was interested in one of them. Was driven hard, smoked inside, external paint damage. Said only 500 off MSRP. That’s crazy. It was stolen and abused. Once the CARFAX comes in. Its value will tank! They don’t care and only want the most money. You will do better going elsewhere.

One of the top worst dealers in Ct
Back in February I bought a used ford Taurus. They barely worked with me on the price, I specifically told the salesman on the test drive that their were features that didn’t work. They were not corrected when I picked up the car the first time. Had to bring the car back just to have it looked into. The second time I brought it back, they finally took it to the ford dealer and had it fixed. There was trash all over the floors when I went back to pick the car up. I was told that the battery terminal covers would be fixed which they were not. I was told that it was either the part never showed or the mechanic was sick. When I confronted service on the fact that it was not fixed when they promised it would be, their response was “I don’t know” I asked for the part to be mailed to me for something that simple to install and it turned out to be the wrong part. Very unprofessional and I would highly recommend staying away from this dealer.
