I would highly recommend the service department! I had my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change- also a great experience, but this review is about the recall appointment a few days later. Due to the fact that it would take several hours, and my appt was at 8:00 the next day, I opted to try the night box drop. Well, long story short, thankfully, service advisor, Vail, was just leaving for the night. AFTERHOURS, he took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the night drop process and located my vehicle on the lot. He said he would get to it first thing in the morning and give me a call. Sure enough, the communication throughout the day was great. He was a pleasure to work with. If I could give out an Above and Beyond Award, he would get it!
