Horrible Service Department
Great sales department. Horrible service department. Came in because Truck wouldn’t start. Turns out battery died under three years. Had them do oil and filter while in. Deove out. No reset on oil life (hope they did it). Nd 80 percent of my electronics were wiped out. No back up camera, etc. Called this in at 4:45 and was told the mechanics had all gone home. Find another service shop.

Did it get done and was it right?
I took my 21 Jeep Wrangler in for service (second time) and asked to have the oil /filter/ and 5 tire rotation to be done. As I pick up my Jeep I notice fifth tire was not rotated in to the mix again. Makes me think just how much did they really do? Oil filter? Maybe just top off oil reset oil light and send it on its way? Look I get it it’s busy and sometimes things get missed but twice come on. I’ll be on look out for new dealer for my last oil change.
