Bad feeling in my stomach, dealing with this place , except the woman . Completely destroyed my old spoiler, ?dealing with Eddie his favorite word was NO .150.00 an hour, and destroyed my old spoiler .

Despicable Service Department

This dealership got the worst service advisors. I think this dealership has been through 3 owners (not so sure) and ever since the service department never changed. It's always been the worst. I dropped my vehicle off for a warranty repair. I was told by the service advisor "all parts that we need are in" but we need the car for almost the entire day. So I took some time off from work and dropped off my vehicle 12/14 on or after 0830 hrs. I picked up my vehicle on or after 4pm. I was told by the service advisor not to adjust or touch the repair part for at least 24 hrs to let the adhesive set in. So after 24 hrs I checked the "repaired part" and it has not secured. The adhesive they did not work and its worst than before. So I called the service department and instead of owning to the failure they were blaming someone else. When the service advisor told me "well if you want it fix you just have to drop if off again for the whole day". This time I was pissed off. So naturally human instinct kicked in and unpleasant words were used. The service advisor hangs up on me that got me pissed off. Since then the service department keeps on hanging up on me. so today I was able to speak to the GM, a Bobby Dillard. I told him the problem. He said he will take care of it. A few minutes later he called me back and told me he spoke to his service department and that I was rude and I used profanity. I told told him I did but he should consider how a customer got to that point. He also mentioned I gave them a bad review. So since I did all that, Seaside Chrysler Jeep will not honor manufacturers warranty and extended Warranty (which they sold me) for my vehicle. A dealership that sold me a brand new Jeep will not honor the manufacturer warranty that came with the vehicle and the extended warranty that they sold me. Just because someone's feelings got hurt. I don't recommend this dealership if you plan to buy a new vehicle. Their customer service is only good while they are selling you the vehicle. Oh and also don't buy extended warranty from them. oh cause god forbid you hurt one of their employee's feelings, your SOL. Buy from a dealership that will take care of a customer from the start of the sales until done and have a service department that will continue such service. but I would like to mention that Richard Sutton from ales department is an awesome sales rep and a good guy. Can't say the same for the service department and advisors and the GM Dillard. I guess I hurt their feelings... But my vehicle still not fix and Chrysler will hear about it
