BAIT AND SWITCH WARNING! They tell you one price then when they get you inside its oops. we made a mistake. Needing a new car we narrowed our decisions down to a few models. One was the Jeep Grand Cherokee. With Boardwalk Jeep close to our house we figured it was an easy drive to go over and check them out. Should have known from the beginning, in all of our other dealer stops, the salesperson greeted us outside and asked us questions to get us started, we had to go into the office to get someone here. From there it seemed to go better. The sales rep got us a couple of options and we were off test driving a "USED" 2022. We really liked it and were ready to settle in to negotiate based on the $51k price that the sale rep told us multiple times before we started driving it, but wait he gets called over by his "manager". Price is wrong its not 51k it's 61k but for us they will sell it for 59,995. This is a used car, not a brand new one as well that's not the price you told us. Worse of all, the manager didn't even have the guts to come over and apologize to us for the mistake. He sent over the poor salesrep to do his bidding. Stay away from this dealership they are not Honest!

Derek was very helpful and made me comfortable about my options. I didn’t need too much convincing since I love Jeeps and I came to Boardwalk even though it was raining. I highly recommend Derek for your next purchase. He has great customer service, isn’t pushy and is great about making one feel welcome.
