Quite possibly the worst experience that I have had with
Quite possibly the worst experience that I have had with RAM as a product. I actually paid money for Moss brothers not to fix my truck because they couldn't answer a simple question. "How could my truck have been inspected by the Moreno Valley service department 3 times in 4 months, and no one ever made a mention to me that oil volume was over filled. Upon the 4th inspection the oil volume is now over filled, and requires an oil change to complete the diagnosis. All I needed was an explanation on how that could be so I could present it to my boss for approval. I wasn't given any reason as to how that could be, the only response I got was "its needed to proceed". I don't trust Moss as a dealership at all and I would never go there again for service or a new car. It's unfortunate that the consumer in the Inland stuck using Moss brothers for anything. Additionally, it took 9 days before they could even tell me that.

After sale you see if a dealer is professional, very dissatisfied with management, car missing spare n manual, email sales person twice, received an email from service person told him issue he said he was going to forward to correct person to help, nothing, I speak to Ceasar and he makes lame excuses I told him he’s answers where not professional and he kept arguing, do you record calls? Listen and tell me if is professional. How you keep a customer is customer service, I bought a Camry at Moss years ago not sure I want to do business that are not on top of things
