I would give no stars if possible. This dealers service manager Joe admitted they did not diagnose vehicle by the Chrysler factory repair manual. I feel that is the purpose of the dealer otherwise you can go to any shop. Good luck anybody going in for service at this dealer.
If the owner Leonard Harrington of this dealer really cares about customer service I hope they reach out to me. I have also filed a complaint with Chrysler regarding this dealers service center.

This place is terrible the service department is terrible I paid 3000 in extra insurance and nothing was covered I only had this car for 3 months and stuff is breaking don’t buy from here

just want to put the word out there that lodi Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is the is the best for service and repair robert is a really good guy kind friendly and really easy to talk to he's in the service department.
