This was the worst experience of my life trying to by a car. So long story short the team messed up from the very start of financing. There was something that wasn’t put in and then they had to resubmit. Then they lost the paperwork between them and the bank. Then it got there to late. Ha to resubmit again then bank didn’t want to do it. I had then truck for 9 weeks and had to turn it back in. Already had it tagged and everything. Put new parts and tire on i. They offered no compensations or anything. They was like playing a game to them. They lied about trying to get into something Else have contacted Mr Dereck Hill the GM there at the dealership. Never counted back or anything. So now I can’t even get into a vehicle. Need to lawyer involve now. These guys would mess up a wet dream. They acted like I shouldn’t be upset about the times I was there it always took over 2-3 hour to get anything done. It was like. Game to them. The finance team there shouldn’t be trusted with making a copy of anything. 30 yrs exp my butt. But anyway just stay far away from this dealership.
