Worked with Jon Messer and Zach Cross. They explained that the whole staff was new and that they came with the new GM. At that point, they explained the way that they priced cars. I used cars.com and cargurus.com to make sure that what they were saying was true... And, I couldn't have been happier with the whole new process! I was in and out in under 2 hours with the test drive and all included! Bought my Challenger at a Great Deal Grade from cargurus and didn't even have to negotiate! I will definitely be back to see Jon Messer.

First off I trade in a vehicle at this dealership. .. 30 days later I have no paper work to register my new vehicle. .then this dealership don't pay off my trade so I have to make another payment. ..at this point I'm having to make 2 payment. .for the new car and my traded car....so after 45 days my trade is paid off and I have to make a trip from out of town to go get paperwork for registration. ... Now .... Iv traded this new car at another dealership I send all info to gregg orr dodge for refund on extended warranty and gap insurance. ...it 2 months later and no refund! Iv contact this dealership with no return phone calls ...Don't ever buy at gregg orr dodge dealership in searcy ar....
