I took my Jeep in for an oil change and wheel alignment

I took my Jeep in for an oil change and wheel alignment around Dec 2, 2024. I was told that I needed to have an axle gasket and tie rods replaced. I was sent a quote on December 2. I waited for a call to to accept the service and order the needed parts. I never got a call back. I called the service department in mid=December. They said the service person that work on my quote was no longer working there. So, I dad to send them a copy of the quote. I never heard from them. So on January 2, 2025, I called service. They indicated I would have to bring the Jeep in for a second evaluation. That was done in around mid January. They sent the quote to my extended warranty company but I never heard anything. I called the end of January, The service department said I would need a third inspection by the warranty company. That was scheduled for February 5th. After that inspection, I did not hear anything until I called again about a week later. They said the warranty company would only cover the broken axle seal. So, I asked about if the repairs were actually needed. They responded that I could wait a few months and then have it inspected again. I also asked about the rear breaks that said needed to be replaced. They said they would get those ordered. I said I wanted a dampener put on the front end to reduce the wobble I have been experiencing. So, all the parts were order. I had to call to find out the parts were in and repairs were scheduled for today - March 5th. I was told it would take 3-4 hours. I just called and they said it should be done by close of business tomorrow. Well, I hope so. This is not good service!

The Worst Service Department EVER!

The Worst Service Department EVER! They tell you that since your car is an older model it will take weeks for the parts to come in. They keep the car for over 2 months. As soon as we drove it off the lot we noticed the tire rods were the wrong ones, the ABS system part didn't work, they connected the rear washing fluid to the front. The price quoted was way off, but they told us they gave us a great deal. WE had to bring it back to have the work performed correctly; and said only a week this time....that was a lie too! Each time you call, you get a different story! Excuses after excuses! This is THE WORST service department I have ever encountered. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE...I would recommend driving the 3 hours to Phoenix and have it done there!
