This was hands down the best vehicle purchase myself and my husband have ever experienced. We had the pleasure to work with Ethan as our sales rep, the manager Jesse, and bilal our finance rep. From the moment Ethan called us we knew we weee in good hands. Ethan was attentive, transparent, knowledgeable, and worked to give us everything we needed. Ethan was more than professional. Ethan took his time to understand our needs, our situation was not an easy one… but he did everything he could to get us into the Jeep Gladiator that we truly wanted! When we arrived at the dealership after shopping from miles away, we were greeted by the staff and Jesse came out to greet us and always checked on us the whole day. Our finance rep was more than awesome, and helped us make all the right financial choices. This dealership will be the only one we ever work with, they created lifetime customers and that’s not easy in the car buying world. We were treated with respect, we joked and simply had FUN! Great and courteous service. The vehicle has some ongoing issues that the dealership has been unable to make perfect. It's much better than it was, but it's a brand new vehicle, with a surprisingly large number of ongoing issues
