Excellent service to replace a diesel particulate filter on my 2023 Ram 2500! Service dept and car loaner program was first class. Great advice from Dustin in the sales dept re: care and driving techniques to prevent further problems. Very impressed with the Pell City Mcsweeney dealership.

I dealt with Tommy Wisener in the service department. I was told on the phone that there were 60 jobs ahead of mine and they couldn’t get to it for a week. Tommy knows of my frustration because I’ve had a series of problems with this vehicle. I told him exactly what was wrong and asked me to sit in the waiting area. He came and got me in 20 minutes to let me know it was done. Because of the simplicity of the correction, he got my vehicle straight in and taken care of. No one else I spoke to that day exhibited any problem solving effort other than him. I will continue to use this dealership as long as this man is employed there. Thank you Mr Wisener.

Jackson was great and didn't play any sales games with me. We only talked through email and he was very responsive and truthful and accurate with everything he told me .
