Jubilee Jeep is a whole vibe. They’ve honestly become like family to me. Every time I’m there, Dylan may be my service guy, but all the other guys are just as kind, welcoming, and entertaining—it always feels like a good experience from start to finish. At my last service appointment, I mentioned to Dylan that my dash had been vibrating. He told me to bring it back in so they could check it out. Life happened, and I completely forgot about it. But Dylan didn’t. He actually called me to remind me of the issue and asked when I could bring the truck in. We set up an appointment, and he got the issue taken care of quickly. The best part? It was fixed for a fraction of the cost because of a warranty I didn’t even realize had gone into effect. That kind of care, follow-up, and honesty is rare these days. Jubilee Jeep doesn’t just service vehicles—they genuinely take care of people. Oh and they gave a borrowed vehicle to get out of town!

Great experience in getting our work truck transmission replaced. Was quoted a dollar amount and John made sure it was to the penny. Paid over the phone and John is having it delivered to me since I can’t drive 2 vehicles at once. I don’t agree with management of service and never will but John made my getting truck fixed right in time.
