Our sales rep, James, was very helpful and personable, willing to show us several trucks so we could gather more information to make a decision. James was interactive and communicated well with all negotiations and his emphasis was our happiness with our purchase. Desmond Gray in finance was excellent in explaining any questions we asked. He was also very professional. Both James and Desmond are high quality assets to the Hendricks dealership. We will refer James for any future sales whenever the opportunity arises.
