worst service ever

Bad service,very bad costumer service and the worst manager I ever saw. I brought my car car in very good condition,and receive back with severals problems!!!

It is very unfortunate. However to be clear when they brought the 11 year old 190k mile suburban in for an alignment we checked it for codes, as we do with all vehicles brought in for anything, It had a code with a miss fire in one cylinder. we highlighted it and gave them a copy. That was 12/30. th ey left it and did not want us to go through it and just wanted the alignment. we completed the alignment and picked up the vehicle on 12/31. Again with the bill and another highlighted copy saying it coded for a miss fire when they brought it in. Then yesterday, 10 days later. He comes in and says it is to big a coincidence that his engine goes bad when they bring it in for an alignment. Then he threatens to sue before I can even check with service to see what happened. I told him with that attitude we had nothing further to discuss, and an alignment could not have anything to do with his engine. Finally we go back to service pull the paperwork and discover we noted the problem before we did anything to it in to service. An unfortunate instance from a customer that was told they vehicle had a problem before was given a copy with it highlighted before we did the alignment. Customer came in with attitude and threatening to sue bypassed service to complain directly to me. I assume in the hopes I would not review the problem and just give him something for nothing. We have made great strides in service. We have exceptional new management and service writers that I have brought in and promoted since i arrived 8 months ago. However we will not be bullied and our attention to detail shows in this complaint. Again informing the customer that the vehicle had coded for a miss fire before we did anything to it and had them sign it. They chose to go ahead and do the alignment anyway. They signed it and were given copies. Then 10 days after it is now our fault. sad. Hopefully if you read this you will look at the positive reviews we have been receiving and our overall rating of 4.7 out 5 on google and 4.5 on facebook the top in our area. Sorry for your vehicle failing but blaming us is ridiculous. Especially when we did not do any work to the motor just checked codes and did an alignment. And again it coded for the problem and the customer was informed before we did the alignment. We would be happy to post the report that is electronically time stamped on 12/30 one day before is bill on 12/31 the report is highlighted that it coded for a miss fire this is before it was even pulled into a bay. please sir give us your permission to post the report with your info on it so we can show the real story here. spreading misinformation call me names will get you no where and based on your comments I hope you have better days to come but know that we are honest and forthright and posting lies on review sites only shows your character not ours.

The professionalism of this team needs to be experienced if you ever have a service need. Mr. Quintana quickly responded to our family issue in a road trip away from home, got us back on the road safely. Sure there are more details yet if that type of professionalism is demonstrated such a way he and the service team will be there for any issue with your vehicle!!
